By accessing and using the Mojotails website (mojotails.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment must be received prior to order dispatch.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across the UAE. Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days. Express delivery options are available. Free shipping is available on orders over AED 200. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy on most items. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition. Food products and opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. Pet Safety Disclaimer
While all our products are carefully selected and vet-reviewed, every pet is unique. Always consult your veterinarian before introducing new foods or supplements. Mojotails is not liable for adverse reactions in individual pets.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Mojotails and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mojotails shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
